Reference data
Sourced reference tables, each one assembled because the figures were not collected anywhere else.
Quick answer
These tables gather figures that are otherwise scattered across individual papers. Every row carries the study it came from and the assay method used, because sulforaphane measurements are not comparable across methods.
Published sulforaphane figures are difficult to use because they are rarely presented with the method that produced them. A value measured by HPLC after controlled hydrolysis is not comparable to one estimated from total glucosinolate content.
Every table in this section carries the method alongside the number, and links to the source for each row. They are free to reuse with attribution.
This page describes published research. It is general information, not medical advice, and it is not a recommendation to take anything. Sulforaphane and cruciferous-vegetable supplements can interact with medication. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on anticoagulants, or being treated for thyroid disease.
